This guided meditation before sleep (20 minutes) will help you relax the body, ground, and release excess energy. When we are struggling to sleep it is because we have too much energy built up in our energy system. Usually that manifests as an overactive solar plexus. In this guided meditation we ground ourselves and excess energy down into the Earth, and allow ourselves to be held by mother Earth.
Do this guided meditation in a dark comfortable environment before going to sleep.
